Ki Charter Liberty Hill CTE students recently completed a hands-on financial literacy project where they designed their own food truck businesses from the ground up. Each student created a unique concept, developed a menu, and worked within a budget to account for costs, pricing, and potential profit. This real-world simulation helped students strengthen their understanding of money management, decision-making, and entrepreneurship in a fun and engaging way.
